Return and Refund Policy

At  Veteran Party Rentals we strive in treating our customers as family.  All rental require a deposit that owes towards the rental. 

We strive on 100% satifisfaction from our customers.  In the event that the customer doesn’t feel satisfied they can reach our management team and discuss their concerns and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Safety is our main concern.  In the event of severe weather such as high winds, rain or snow.  We will stop all operations of equipment outside to avoid damage to our equipment and or customers.  Veteran Party Rentals doesn’t control the weather but if such situations due occur where the rentals aren’t safe to use outdoors we will work with the customer on how to safely find alternatives at the time being.  

Jumpers are not to be moved from place that our staff put them in.  Photo evidence will be taken of jumper to document any infractions that exist before and after event.  In the event any damages occur customer is liable and will pay for services to fix or to replace our rentals. 

Veteran Party Rental asks that all instructions given by bull operator be followed by bull rider.  In the event the rider becomes unsafe we will stop operating the bull and give rider a warning.  

We are licensed and insured through the state of New Mexico and Colorado to conduct business we can provide such information if asked by our customers or event venue management or owner.

No Food, Drinks, or Shoes are allowed on our items.  

We are not babysitters, we ask that all children under the age of 11 to be supervised by parents.. 

When riding the bull if in a skirt or dress or wearing reveiling clothing we have clothes set aside so that no inaproriate cercimstances can occur.  We are a Christian owed business and we want to maintian the integrity of our clients we can never be to careful with the easy access to record indiviiduals.
